About the MUD Server

The MUD (Multi-User Dungeon) is a text-based online roleplaying world steeped in the mythos of the World of Darkness. Shape your fate amid supernatural conflict and mystery, brought to life by persistent multiplayer storytelling and powerful technical systems.

How to Connect

  1. Choose a MUD Client:
    • Mudlet (cross-platform, advanced scripting)
    • TinTin++ / tt++
    • Or another client of your choice
  2. Enter Server Details:
    • Host: azmodan.net
    • Port: 4000
  3. Connect & Register:
    • Host: Register a username & password
Pro Tip: Configure your client to use UTF-8 encoding for the best rich-text experience.

Mud Features

  • Advanced NPC AI: GOAP (Goal Oriented Action Planning) AI empowers our NPCs with real behaviors. They'll shop, sleep, wander, visit bars—or, if they're vampires, hunt the hungry night! Both NPC and player interaction is dynamic, emergent, and sometimes deadly.
  • Economy: Player income based on Resource stat. Buy & Sell items and property. Store excess wealth in the bank.
  • Build System: Custom Build request system allowing players use a wizard to file build requests which are executed on admin approval.
  • Special Ability System: Demonic lore powers are coded to use character stats to determine success. More powers being added all the time.
  • Realm Traversal: If your character is able, you can peer into the spirit world or vice versa. Some characters can even traverse the veil and enter it.
  • Inventory & Trading: Acquire items and equitable goods of value.

Essential Player Commands

Inventory & Economy
